Dr. Michael L. Fischman, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Michael L. Fischman is a physician board certified in Occupational Medicine and Internal Medicine. With over 25 years of practice, he is currently the President and Consulting Physician in Occupational Medicine/Toxicology for the Fischman Occupational and Environmental Medical Group. Dr. Fischman serves as a consultant to a variety of industries and as a medical-legal consultant and expert witness in Toxicology and Occupational & Environmental Medicine. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor and Assistant Chief at the University of California, San Francisco Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
Dr. Fischman is a member of the American College of Physicians (ACP), the Western Occupational and Environmental Medical Association (WOEMA), the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM), the Alameda-Contra Costa Medical Association (ACCMA), the California Medical Association (CMA), the International Congress on Occupational Health (ICOH), the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology (AACT), and the Society for Occupational and Environmental Health (SOEH). |

Deborah Lage is a certified occupational health nurse specialist and is certified in health care safety. She has worked as a Corporate Occupational health nurse for several fortune 500 companies, setting up compliance programs and training. She has also worked in a hospital based Occupational Health clinic providing services to employees and local businesses. In addition, she has provided loss control/prevention and safety services as an independent consultant. Her expertise has assisted many companies in developing comprehensive programs to insure OSHA compliance, reduce injuries and workers compensation costs. |
