Who should attend?
All managers and supervisors of all companies with 50 or more employees. By January 1, 2006 an employer having 50 or more employees
shall provide at least 2 hours of mandatory classroom training regarding Sexual Harassment to all supervisory employees once every two
years.
What this course covers:
- Information and practical guidance regarding the federal and state statutory provisions.
- The prevention and correction of sexual harassment and the treatments available to victims.
- Practical examples aimed at instructing supervisors in the prevention of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
